Favor process

The process

For all of our creative workshops and reviews, I have established the workflow for myself and the rest of the team to follow:

  • Step 1: Find out necessary information about client's app
  • Step 2: Gather creative assets and resources
  • Step 3: Analyze existing creatives and compare performance versus benchmarks
  • Step 4: Brainstorm creative ideas
  • Step 5: Narrow down to the best idea(s) and make the creatives
  • Step 6: Follow up after some time, iterate if necessary

The outcome

After going through the above steps, I build a Google slides deck to present to client, which consists of:

  • General mobile ad best practices
  • Analyze client's existing ads
  • Suggest new ideas based on best practices, analysis and campaign goals

The campaign

For their upcoming Hari Raya campaign, I worked with my teammate to come up with two creative concepts then created the mockups to share with the client:

  • Light up a home for Hari Raya: an interactive ad where user can click to light up a home for Hari Raya
  • e-Duit Raya: showing how the app can be used to send money to loved ones

We presented the workshop to the client and received very positive feedback.
